Lecture Promoting Literacy

"Night with Andersen" is an international initiative promoting children's literacy, held to mark the birth anniversary of the famous Danish storyteller. While primary schools typically celebrate this event with adventurous sleepovers, we at the grammar school decided on our own unique approach.

We prepared a fact-filled lecture for our students, focusing on the life and work of Hans Christian Andersen. This provided them with the opportunity to gain a deeper insight into the Scandinavian literary context and discover connections that go far beyond ordinary fairy tales.
